Jermaine Beckford
Former Leeds, Leicester and Everton striker on BBC Football News ShowThis summer it has been a better transfer window than recent times at Manchester United, they are bringing the average age of the squad down and they have good quality in there.
It's a stepping stone at the moment, they are not going to be able to compete with Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City just yet.

O'Neil refuses to throw the 'toys out of the pram'published at 01:07 British Summer Time 31 August
01:07 BST 31 August
Nick Mash*ter
BBC Sport football news reporterBoss Gary O'Neil was talking earlier on Friday about how the window did not go as expected for Wolves.
Yet with winger Carlos Forbs in the building after his late move from Ajax, midfielder Andre's move from Fluminense and Sam Johnstone's switch from Crystal Palace he can be content with their late business.
Wolves have been restricted financially in what they could do - despite bringing in almost £100m by selling Max Kilman and Pedro Neto - but O'Neil has refused to make an issue of it.
"Things change in football and things have changed (during the window) but not always through us. We're not quite in the spot I expected us to be on August 30, is the best way I can put it," he said, before Andre and Forbs were announced.
"That doesn't mean we start throwing toys out the pram. I'm happy with where we are and I love the group and we do the best job possible."

28 year old Ivan Toney effectively ending his elite playing career and his England chances seems absolutely insane to me. He's the only realistic successor to a fading Harry Kane. Why was he not knocking down Arsenal's door offering cut price wages and a convincing pitch to be our new striker?
